Broad Street Type Mitten

Using the purple Manos and size 10.5 needles, I decided to make myself some mittens, finally. I jsut winged them, and since I didn't have DPNS in the right size I made them flat on circulars for the bottom part and then used two circs to make the top part in the round. It worked pretty well. I couldn't tell you what I did to make it but I'm hoping to replicate it tomorrow so that I'll actually have a SET of mittens instead of just one.
