Feeling Better
Oh my god, I feel so much better today than I did yesterday, that I want to get up and dance a jig right now. Yesterday was my first day back at work, and while I was happy to be back b/c I had been so antzy with nothing to do and at the same time feeling no will to do anything at all (I've barely been knitting this week, I've just been vegetating on the couch watching crappy TV like Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica (aside: my god is that girl a ditz)). But my throat really couldn't handle it too well yesterday and I kept going into fits of a hacking cough that made the entire rez center look at me like I was going to infect them all with this monstrous disease. (note: half the employees here are sick anyway)
I've come to decide that I did have a sinus infection but that I also have a cold on top of it. B/c the first day I felt sick, I had a raging sore throat and earache, but I didn't have any other illness symptoms. After two days on antibiotics, I started getting the runny nose/sneezing/coughing symtoms, and that simply doesn't make any sense if I only had a sinus infection. So if I also have a cold, then that makes sense, b/c the cold isn't being treated by the antibiotics but the earlier symptoms are. So yeah, that's what I decided.
Anyway, I feel a million and one times better today. I'm still coughing a lot but not nearly as much, and at least now I have more energy. I was running around the room earlier (not literally) with almost my normal hyper level. My boss asked me when I'd be back to normal b/c he misses my bouncing around and having to keep up with me.
Hurray for getting better! ;o)

Hey! We must have gotten the same bug. It came in weird stages, and I spent my entire weekend coughing like crazy. Glad to hear you’re feeling better. I am too. It’s about time!!
