Extra hour!

Ahhh, I love the day when we turn back the clocks. Usually it means an extra hour of sleep, but last night, it meant an extra hour of partying. We were out at a bar, and at 2 in the morning, it became 1 again, and we got an extra hour of fun in before they kicked us out. That was excellent and today I'm feeling it a bit, but I had a great time.

Knittingwise, I am almost finished with a scarf made from luscious angora/cashmere blend yarn that I got at Stitches. I just did a k1p1 rib all the way, the yarn does all the work by being beautiful and soft. It is charcoal gray with subtle variegations and is some of the most fantastic yarn I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I don't usually like angora b/c I have a mechanical allergy to it, my neck gets so itchy I have to take it off. This yarn has fewer angora hairs sticking out and as such doesn't feel so prickly. I seriously love this stuff. In case you can't tell.

Other than that I've been trying to clean up my fiber stash a bit, as it's all over the place and I can't find anything. My room is much too small to not be organized but it's also difficult to stay organized in so little space. You'd think someone who's never, ever home wouldn't amass such a mess, but you'd be wrong.
