Trying to catch up
I followed a link and then another today, and ended up finding several new-to-me blogs in the knitblog world, which is totally cool. There are just too many to be able to keep track of them all, and it's like there are many hidden jems to be found, if only I had enough time (and wanted to spend it this way instead of knitting!).

Grumperina, who has a great tank pattern called Trivoli (I may be making this, and even have Cathay in my stash!)
And what am I knitting, you ask?
This is an asymmetrical cardigan in Karabella Margrite Bulky, which is by far my favorite "almost luxury" yarn. It's 80% extrafine merino/20% cashmere, but you'd swear it was 100% cashmere, for 1/3 the cost! I lurve it. I'm making this up as I go along, it's over half done and at this rate should be done by next week. Love my 15 sts/4" knitting! (sorry for the weird color, I had to lighten it so you could see anything at all on this color yarn)
The other current project, aside from the many random ones, is another bolero, this one in Trendsetter Kashmir, as a shop sample. I'm very bored making this, since it's the 3rd time I'm knitting this pattern, even in the same size! I have the last sleeve started and the finishing, and then I'll be DONE. Can't wait.
You may have noticed that both of these projects, though not done, are partially put together. I tend to do this to make myself keep going -- when I can't stomach doing the second sleeve, or casting on for the second front, I put part of it together. It's a nice change of pace, and it also gives me greater incentive to finish it. Once it's put together like this, it really starts to look like a sweater and then I want to see it finished. Plus, since half the finishing's done, I know I won't have to procrastinate on THAT when it comes up!
I know, I'm nuts. But it's a good nuts. =)

I also have current projects as well as….projects. I really have to catch up before I buy more yarn! The bolero is great looking. I will look up the new knitting blog site you mention. I also find the knitting blog sites are endless and fun to find.

I also just found the Tivoli pattern at Grumperina’s blog. I can’t wait to knit it up. I only have about ten projects to finish first.

I was thinking of buying readymade but the
prices are silly.
