Will it ever stop raining?

What's a knitter to do in weather that makes her feel like laying in bed watching Sex and the City reruns and knitting all day, but she still has to go to work where she's expected to produce a website, organize a postcard mailing, and do the billing?

Why, she buys yarn at the end of the day, that's what!

That's pink and gray (grey?) Karabella Margrite Bulky that, along with some charcoal I already had in stash, will become my next big Chiagu project. I'm so excited about this next project, I'm using it as incentive to finish my current project, which wants for one more front and finishing before I can send the pattern off to be proofed. My fingers are positively ITCHING to start the next project. ITCHING I TELL YOU.

So I'm channeling that frustration into that last remaining piece of the current Chiagu project. Wanna see a sneak peek?

That's GGH Naturwolle . . . So close to being done, I can almost taste it! I want to have it finished by tomorrow night, as I'm going to Rhinebeck on Sunday. I won't be wearing this project, I'll be sporting my Tramonto, so if you see me, say hi! That shawl is visible from miles away. Hopefully the weather there will be ok!

Back to this front.
