Hello from Malta!
I'm typing from Adam's laptop in the lobby of our hotel in Malta! Wireless hi-speed is amazing, especially when you can just log in wherever you take your computer. Who knew we'd get so addicted to the internet??
Anyway, Malta is amazing -- a bit windier than I'd like, but the sun is shining down brightly, I've sunned myself a bunch already, and we're only half-way done with the vacation week. I'm not sure I'll actually get much of a tan, but as we say back home (as in, in Brazil), I "got aired out" in the sun, and that's even more important. We've also gone on tours to see the island, which has a lot of history dating back to Roman times.
The one big negative is that I have a stomach bug of some sort and have been feeling horrible for the last 2 days. I'm better today but now I'm leery of eating anything (and believe me, normally I'm a very good eater!) in case it makes it worse again. . . this has been the Spring of Sickliness for me, and I'm NOT HAPPY about it! I hope this goes away so I can enjoy the rest of the week.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's tour of ancient sites, but right now it's time for sitting in the sun! More later, and pictures when I get back!
Oh, and for the record: I haven't knit in 4 days. That's a sure sign I really am sick!

I’m sorry you are not feeling well on your trip. I like to think that you’re enjoying the trip so much, hence why you can’t knit!
