The gorgeous pink yarn that was almost done becoming a shawl? It's back in a ball. I unfortunately miscalculated the size of holes created by dropping the stitches down, and the shawl ended up looking like a moth had gotten to it. Damn. Starting from scratch.

This is why designing doesn't pay the bills. Sometimes you work for hours and have nothing to show for it other than cramped fingers.

Back to the drawing board.
