The upside of blog absense
The move's going very well, we have everything in the new store and most of the yarn put away. There's still a LOT to do before Wednesday but it seems completely doable now.
I am still running around like crazy and have very little free time, but I swear when I do post a proper post it will be a good one! I hereby promise to, within the next 2 weeks, post the following:
- Pictures of my latest button score
- Pictures of my new Halfobi (yes it's finished, even blocked and ends woven!)
- The Laura pattern with good FO shots
- An update on the KH cardigan (the first front is finished and I sewed the pieces up -- it's gonna fit!)
- Reveal a new project (hint: It's from this book
and I'm making it in Torino)
- Pictures of some new yarn I just ordered
- Pictures of the move and the new store (there's a particularly priceless one of me looking like a fool lying on top of a giant heap of yarn)
That's a pretty big list but I hope I can manage! Then this blog can go back to being interesting (there do seem to be lots of ups and downs around here generally, what can I say, that's my personality IRL too!).
