Wave-Along Scarf

And last but not least, here's my contribution to the wave-along project, my super-long scarf in Araucania wool. This is also my contribution to the "you know you're supposed to check dye lot because of THIS" school. (aside: In the whole time I've been knitting this is the first time I've made this mistake!)

You know, I had the same color problems with the Araucania in one of the greens—and they were the same dyelot. It’s pretty obvious, too. If you look in the November archives of my blog, you can see the back of the sweater is a different green from the fronts. Disconcerting.

That aside, the scarf is gorgeous.

OOoooh, that just steams ya, huh? Agreed, though, it’s gorgeous anyway. As is that Silk Road! Love all the pics…
