Many of you know I was born in Brazil and lived half my life in Latin America. Fewer of you know that my parents split the year between living in a tiny suburb of Sao Paulo and a tiny suburb of NYC, so as to avoid any snow and rainy weather (lucky dogs). They think 60F is cold.
I called my dad yesterday and said, "How do you like this heat? It feels like Brazil!"
He replied is a shocked voice, "We have the AC on non-stop!"
Folks, that's major. Even IN BRAZIL they don't keep the AC on all day!
I'm off to try to cool off with a cold shower. I have knitting to show you, and another necklace, but that'll have to wait until I don't feel like I'm going to pass out.
Must turn up AC.
