August Yarn Update

Here are 6 colors of Koigu KPPPM that will peak your interest as we approach the end of summer:

P738 - The famous Koigu stippling technique is shown off here, in orange and green.  Looks messy right? However this palette knits up in a subtle way.  Fun for baby items and I definitely see an adult pair of socks.

P353 - At first glance this is an orange and rust colored hank of yarn.  But when you spend a little bit of time with it you realized there's this gorgeous mauve violet that is running through the yarn.  The violet gives this color way unexpected depth. It would be a spectacular shawl!

P219 - Can a color be described as "crayons in the mud"? Most of the colors are green, brown, orange and gold The colors are darker and it seems to tell me that fall is approaching.  A baby blanket or perhaps a circle shawl? It would be terrific as part of a linen stitch scarf.

P151 - The mauve pink, blue and green combine to make a quiet color combination.  And that makes it perfect for that person that doesn't like "loud". Think about a scarf or cowl. Or a beautiful sweater!

P419 - The return of an oldie - the blues of P419 has been in the shop before.  I found a few more skeins and thought Chiagu fans would like buy some more. It will also make an appearance in a few yarn kits.

P810 - my personal favorite!  I am a jewel tone girl and I love bright rich colors.  The blues, reds, and purples are stunning. If I were to knit this color I would definitely make something that I can look at all day long.

I hope to have another shop update in about 2 weeks.  Thanks for reading!
