Happy New Year!
Hope everyone's safe after the holiday madness. I actually spent a very sedate evening w/ some friends and the boy, but it was nice and relaxing.
My resolution last year was to stop avoiding doing things that, if I did them, would make me happier. In other words, stop being lazy.
And I have to say that overall, I did better this year with that than in the past. I'm keeping the same resolution for next year, as I still have a long way to go.
One of the first of those things will be finishing up my almost-FO's and ripping out the ribby cardie.
As for the SOA, I have the second sleeve about half done at this point. Work is still dead and will likely not return to its normal hectic ways until Monday, maybe I can finish the sleeve by then. I can't wait to start the body, but I need to figure out a way to pin the sleeves into the sweater so that they don't flop all over the place as I knit the body.
