Please update your links!
I just found out that someone took over my old Typepad URL and is blogging about knitting using the Knotology name! Please update your links and don't link to my old iveteDOTtypepad URL, that's not me! I've emailed Typepad about this but I don't really expect to get a response. I just can't believe someone did this, it has to be on purpose in order to get more hits! You can help me fight back by updating your links to bring people here, either using the knotology.net URL or the direct chiagu URL, which is www.chiagu.com/knotology/

That is pretty sick that someone would do that. Really it is… Talk to you soon ok? We are waiting on the bag right.. Actually, reading the other posts, it does seem like you should be able to do something about this. I can’t believe people, only unfortunately, nothing surprises me anymore either…….

That sucks that someone would take your old blog name from typepad. It doesn’t even seem like it’s a real knitter, as they don’t have any knitting up, just links to shoes, bags and to Amazon to purchase knitting books. Very bizarre. Whenever someone says they’ve changed their url, I usually just copy and paste it into bloglines right then so I don’t miss them. I forget stuff all the times, so it’s easier to do it then.

yep, it’s a spam blog all right banking on your “name” and “fame” in the blogworld. i would actually threaten to sue them for defamation of character if they don’t take it down. you should continue to escalate the issue with typepad as far as you can.
